If you have already received a contribution from the Casino Donations, PME CEO Fund or PME Fund this year, please wait until next year to request another contribution, so that others may also benefit from our programs.
You may apply and receive funding in one calendar year for the following:

→ PME Fund – In addition to Casino Donations or PME CEO Fund
→ Suquamish Tribe Non-Profit Grants – In addition to Casino Donations or PME CEO Fund

Suquamish Clearwater Casino Resort routinely donates goods and services to area non-profit programs. In order for your request to be considered, you must submit your request 4 – 6 weeks prior to the date you need an answer. A request will NOT be accepted if it is needed in less than 4 weeks. Please keep in mind the Casino is more likely to approve a request if the organization/event is located in Kitsap County. Donation guidelines require an organization to be a non-profit registered in the State of Washington or an organization with 501-(c)-(3) exempt status. Cash funding cannot be provided to organizations associated with Politics or Children organizations (children being those under the age of 18). Port Madison Enterprises (PME) CEO routinely donates goods and services to area non-profit programs. In order for your request to be considered, please submit your request one (1) week prior to the date you need the donation. The CEO is more likely to consider a request from a certified 501 (c) (3) organization, but having a 501 (c) (3) exempt status is not required. If you have already received funding from Casino Donations fund for this calendar year, a cash donation from the PME Administrative Fund will not be considered. In order to help as many organizations as possible, we only allow cash donations from this program OR the Casino Donations program in each calendar year. Due to the large volume of requests, we can only reply to applicants who have been approved. If you meet the above criteria, please fill out this form.
The Port Madison Enterprises (PME) Board of Directors, the decision making body for the parent organization of Suquamish Clearwater Casino Resort, is committed to improving the lives of community members. All organizations applying for financial contribution from this fund are required to apply to the Suquamish Tribe’s Appendix X Fund, if eligible, before seeking funding from the PME Fund. The board has set aside non-casino funds for distribution to organizations that support worthy programs in the region. Please fill out the PME Fund Application.

Appendix X (section 14) of the Gaming Compact between Suquamish Tribe and the State of Washington describes specific funds, which are available for award to charitable, non-profit and tribal community programs. The Suquamish Tribal Council reviews applications and awards grants on a quarterly basis. To apply for an Appendix X Grant click here
Deadlines for Application to the Appendix X Fund occur on a quarterly basis, grants are usually awarded within 60 days of the application deadline (if approved).

Guidelines for Giving
Our company is about the “kid in all of us,” but our corporate life is also about making a difference in lives, beyond the smiles, laughter and thrills of our seaside amusement park. Just as every child needs help to their first carousel ride, young people need our help in other ways as well. Our mission to “provide a spectacular family recreation experience in an exceptionally safe, clean, friendly and unique environment,” extends to helping young lives become a little more “spectacular.” So, we dedicate our financial and in-kind support to a variety of non-profit organizations, especially to those who are dedicated to bettering young people. After all, helping our youth is the best way to keep that “kid in all of us.” Please consider the following when making your application for our support:
- Kindly make your requests by filling out the form below. We cannot accept requests via phone, fax, email, or other methods. Please Include evidence of your non-profit status and federal ID number. We want to know that you are the real deal!
- Provide us with the date of the event and the purpose of your request. Tell us how our support will make a positive difference in the lives of children or young people.
- Donations of tickets or passes are given directly to the benefiting organization. We do not donate through a second or third party request.
- We prefer to support an organization once per calendar year.
- Requests for donations must be made 30 days prior to your event.
